Marketing Intern

The marketing intern should be a university upperclassmen (or underclassmen that demonstrates unusual maturity and initiative) majoring in communication, graphic design or business. The intern’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to) creating images used on blog posts and social media, participating in brainstorms for creative marketing, promotion and social media strategies, working as a research assistant for various book projects, curating content to be shared on social channels, writing blog posts, overseeing and tracking brand engagement online through social media and creating basic reports summarizing marketing and advertising initiatives. The marketing intern must have some graphic design experience (portfolio to share and/or graphic design class experience), strong writing skills, and be able to navigate social networks with ease. Opportunities will be available to be mentored by Hilary Sutton, receive byline credit on blog posts, and attend events free of charge. Knowledge of AP style and Photoshop is a plus. The ideal candidate is a passionate and creative thinker who is a self-starter with strong follow-through and the ability to juggle multiple projects/deadlines.

10 hours per week minimum.

Arts Administration Intern

The arts administration intern should be a university upperclassmen (or underclassmen that demonstrates unusual maturity and initiative) majoring in theatre arts, film, communication or business. The arts administration intern will get hands on experience in all aspects of running Enchanting Entertainment Company. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) building relationships with local businesses, attending Enchanting Entertainment promotional events, research, and costume management. The arts administration intern must have an interest in both the business and production side of the entertainment business. Opportunities will be available to be mentored by Hilary Sutton, attend events free of charge, and see the joy on the faces of little children first hand. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic photography and basic sewing is a plus. Applicants should be eager to learn, able to take initiative, and ready to jump in wherever needed. Applicant must be able to provide transportation.
